How We Froze the Impossible, Poured in the Party, and Created the Future of Dessert

We didn’t set out to create a powdered booze ice cream mix.
We set out to bring joy to people’s faces.
The kind of joy that hits right after a perfect bite — and just before the buzz kicks in.

It all started in a little commercial kitchen in Dallas, Texas, where we had one mission:
Can we actually make alcohol-infused ice cream that tastes amazing, stays frozen, and makes people lose their minds in the best way possible?

Spoiler alert: We did.
But it took years.

We tested everything.
From bourbon to rum, coconut milk to oat cream, sugar levels, stabilizers, and secret sorcery only food scientists and drunk geniuses understand.
We scooped at music festivals, stadiums, rooftop bars, weddings, and back alleys (okay, not all legal, but totally worth it).
We watched thousands of faces go from curious to ecstatic.
We saw chefs and bartenders sneak back for second “quality control” spoonfuls.

And then... COVID hit.
Everything shut down.
The food trucks parked. The parties stopped.
But we didn’t.

We doubled down.
If people couldn’t come to Dizzi… we’d find a way to bring Dizzi to the people.

So we locked ourselves in the lab (a.k.a. kitchen), and we went mad scientist mode.
How do we turn our secret recipe into a lightweight, shelf-stable powder that ANYONE can use?
Restaurants, bars, caterers, soccer moms, bartenders, cruise ships, even your weird cousin Todd with a blender and a dream.

It took hundreds of iterations, blind tastings, formula tweaks, heartbreaks, breakthroughs, and late-night celebratory shots.
